In contacting us, please ensure your listed email address is correct and valid as this is where we will respond — please ensure that you review your junk and/or spam folders where a message from us may be transferred by your incoming mail server. Please ensure that you are looking for a message from an individual representative from Response Center who will be responding. Please allow 12 business hours for us to research and respond, though most inquiries are answered within 2-3 business hours.

Shipping & Returns
We are committed to excellence in all we do. This commitment especially applies to customer service. We also realize that, for whatever reason, products may fail to meet your expectations. We have developed the following guidelines for these situations.

Damaged Products
If you receive a product from us that is damaged, Please use the Return form. To Request a Return. Please login to your account and Click the Return → button at the order history. We are not responsible for any shipping fees for items returned. All items that are returned must be marked with the "Return ID:" provided.

Exchanges
In the event that you wish for a different item (or size) purchased, you may return your order in sellable condition (package well to avoid damage in transit) within 7 days for an even exchange. Please note that in order to receive an even exchange, items must be received in sellable, unaltered condition. Postage/shipping fees are not eligible for a refund/exchange.
